We were approached by the Lytham hospitality group to create a sound system design for their new pub, The Eagle Weeton. After completing work at The Queens in Lytham and the Ship in Freckleton for the same company we knew the quality of sound had to be crisp and clear. We installed a full Martin audio CDD system to the interior and exterior of the pub, we combined this a small subwoofer in the bar area. Outside we used the weatherised version of Martin Audio CDD5 meaning it was fully waterproof. In the Bar area we also installed a small SX110 Martin Audio Subwoofer. This was all controlled and powered by Crown amplifiers in a rack area positioned in the office. We commissioned and programmed a Cloud DCM – 1 digital mixer because the client wanted to be able to control the sound in different zones, so we installed 4 remotes behind the bar which enabled individual control of 4 different areas. In addition to this we installed various plug in points so that live artists can play through the main in-house sound system
